AED access — Work with stakeholders to ensure AEDs are present in high-traffic gathering places across Nigeria.
ANPA Nigerian Secretariat — Establish a permanent Secretariat to coordinate training, partnerships, advocacy, and program evaluation.
Outcomes & Metrics (2025-2029)
Training pipeline —Sequential rollout to students → workforce → first responders → public.
