The Medical Missions brought together volunteer healthcare teams delivering free services, including surgeries, pharmaceuticals, vision and dental care, demonstrating ANPA’s dedication to health equity and service in underserved communities. The impact of ANPA’s Medical Mission Week was felt by thousands of people seeking care:

The Scientific Convention, themed “Innovations for Effective Healthcare in the 21st Century,” served as a dynamic forum for Nigerian-born and diaspora physicians to engage in cutting-edge discussions on local healthcare challenges, advancements and best practices. The event featured presentations on initiatives such as the ECHO chronic kidney disease program and Stop The Bleed training, reinforcing ANPA’s emphasis on practical, life‑saving skills.

Introduces ANPA CARES Emergency Guides
ANPA has made a major advancement by developing its “ANPA CARES Emergency Guides” program, soon to be released as a mobile app. The goal of the app’s creation is to close the gap between trained healthcare professionals and the general public during emergencies.
The app will offer users quick, medically approved guidance for common emergency situations such as choking, bleeding, burns and cardiac arrest. Immediate access to reliable information can help save lives when medical help is not readily available. By putting these tools in the hands of everyday people like parents, teachers and community members, ANPA will be strengthening public health preparedness. The ANPA CARES Emergency Guides program will serve as a valuable educational resource for community training and outreach. The project reflects ANPA’s ongoing dedication to practical healthcare solutions and extends its mission of service and excellence to broader communities.
