it is with humility and great pride that I make the following report of the success of the medical mission that some active members of ANPA just concluded in conjunction with other well meaning charity organizations.
Our team was able to serve on daily average 500 indigenes from each of the eight different local government communities spanning three States, Lagos, Osun and Ondo of the federal republic of Nigeria. Free medical consultation, screenings, medicines, minor dental services, and public health education were offered and well received with gratitude by the people.
The success of this particular effort can be traced to the collaboration among the composite charity organizations under the leadership of MercySaidNo and its able President, Mrs Mide Lawson and Dr. Olabisi Jagun who headed our clinical team. Representatives from the various local government associations in the USA also played vital roles in coordinating the interests of their respective communities on the ground.
Some of us also had the privilege to engage and give lectures to students at the Obafemi Awolowo University College of Health Sciences, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
We at Royal Wellness International have started engaging our partners locally in Nigeria as well as Internationally to look at ways and means of following up, developing upon and improving on the success recorded. We believe that this step is very vital and critical to the continuity and sustainability of our medical mission initiatives. I am happy to report that we have successfully registered our Nigerian charity outfit with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the name, “ Optimum Health and Empowerment Foundation”. We will also be inaugurating our center in Ibadan this December, 2018 which will house our NGO as well as other facilities.
